EFF is an Elite training institute designed to develop, educate and assist female footballers in reaching their potential. Producing Elite Female Footballers is our goal.
Like Elite FF players, football has been my life since a young age. I have been fortunate enough to represent Australia, Melbourne Victory, FC Bulleen Lions, and Notts County FC (England). I have experienced playing football in many different countries throughout my career. Between my professional seasons, I began conducting training sessions that push players to next next level, both mentally and physically. Little did I know at the time, this is where my passion to coach began.
After finding my passion on the other side of the white line, I have made it my mission to help mentor and train young female players to reach their goals. I understand the individual skills and abilities a player must posses because I have experienced it myself as a professional footballer. I am incredibly passionate about developing the women's game and have made it my career goal to give back to the game that has given so much to me.
OUR MISSION
To help Facilitate the women's game by providing a platform to enhance and challenge young players in order to reach their football potential. Our football philosophy at Elite Female Football will encourage and demand players to work hard, have fun and dream big.
There are endless amounts of talent in women's football and my goal is to help young players fulfil their dreams. By combining demanding training techniques and positive reinforcement, confidence and quality will be instilled in Elite FF players.
At Elite Female Football we want to provide girls with a professional environment that they deserve, so they can grow and excel into the players they aspire to become. We run female only clinics and individual sessions because growing up playing a sport dominated by boys we know that the girls get pushed to the side. We will create a fun, safe environment where the girls will be coached by some of the best female coaches in Australia. Our coaches are FFA qualified and also have experience playing professionally: including W-League, National youth teams, NWSL and International level.
