WHAT TO EXPECT:
Our Elite Female Football 2020 Academy is a highly intensive 8 week training program. Head coach Caitlin Friend will be joined by a team of specialised female coaches. We will be highlighting the importance of technical training throughout the program whilst also implementing strength & conditioning, sports psychology and athlete nutrition.
